TimelyDo now does invoicing. Write an invoice in minutes, send it from the app and track it until it is paid, all in the same place as your bookings.
The invoice editor
- Live preview. See the finished invoice beside the form as you type.
- Autosave. Drafts save themselves a moment after every change, so nothing is ever lost.
- Items and hourly work. Add items at a price, or hours at a rate. Type hours as 1.5, 1:30, 1h30 or 90m.
- Discounts and tax. Percent or fixed discounts, tax added or included, or no tax with a legal note.
- Four templates. Classic, Modern, Minimal and Timesheet, each with six accent colours and your own logo.
- A readiness checklist tells you exactly what still stops an invoice from being sent, and where to fix it.
Numbering you can trust
Choose a prefix and a pattern such as INV-2026-0001. Numbers are given only when an invoice is sent, so deleted drafts never leave gaps, and a number is never reused.
Sending and tracking
- Send by email with a personal message and up to five copies. The invoice is locked once sent.
- Your customer opens it on a secure page, without an account. You see when it was first viewed.
- Every invoice has a timeline: created, sent, viewed, paid.
- The invoices list shows what is outstanding, overdue and paid, with tabs, search and sorting.
