Questions, answered
How can my audience book time with me?
Share your booking link, a QR code, an embed code for your website or a button. People pick a day and a time, fill in the form you made and are booked. Nobody needs an account.
Do the people booking me need an account?
No. Anyone with the link picks a time and confirms. They never create an account or set a password.
Can I approve each booking myself?
Yes. Switch on approval for an event and every booking arrives as a request that holds its time. You approve or decline it, the person is told by email, and a request nobody answers in time expires. Events that charge a price do not use approval.
How do I share my booking page?
Every event has its own link and a public profile lists the ones you choose. You can also print a QR code, embed the page in your website, add a link button, or make a single use link for one person. Each of them can count the visits it brings.
Can I have different hours for different kinds of work?
Yes. You can keep up to five availability calendars, each with its own weekly hours, and choose one for every event. Any date can have its own hours or be closed, holidays close your page for their whole length, and meetings in your connected Google Calendar are taken out of what you offer.
Where can the meetings take place?
On Google Meet, Zoom, by phone or in person, or you can let the person who books say where. Everyone sees the place in their confirmation.
Can I run classes, courses or group sessions?
Yes. Let several people book the same time and see the seats left, set up a course with fixed dates that people enrol in, or let them drop in to a single session. A full time can offer a waitlist, and rooms or equipment can be attached so nothing is booked twice.
Can people pay when they book?
Yes. Charge the whole price or a deposit when someone books, and send a pay link for the balance before the meeting. You can also add coupons, extras and tips, and set a fee for late cancellations.
Can I change how my booking page looks?
Yes. Choose one of ten designs and a colour scheme or your own colour, for your account or for one event. The page after booking and the pages to cancel or reschedule use the same design, and visitors can switch between light and dark.
Can I send invoices with Timelydo?
Yes. Write an invoice, send it by email, and your client pays on a secure page by card or by bank transfer. Sending invoices needs a connected Stripe account.
How do my clients pay?
They open the link in the email, see the invoice in their language and pay by card through Stripe. You can also record payments made by bank transfer or cash.
What does invoicing cost?
Writing and sending invoices is free. Card payments carry payment processing fees, which you see for every payment in your Stripe account.
Can I invoice a booking?
Yes. Pick a confirmed booking and Timelydo makes a draft invoice with the client and the event filled in, ready for you to check and send.
Can I delete my account and have my personal data removed?
Yes, you can contact us to request the deletion of your organization. Additionally, booking data can be scheduled to be deleted on a rolling schedule of X days.
