Large projects are easier to sell when customers can pay over time. Payment plans make that simple, while keeping everything on one invoice.
Set up a plan
- In the editor, choose In parts under payment.
- Split the total into 2 to 12 parts, each with a date and a percentage.
- Or start from a preset: Half now, half in 30 days, 30% now, 70% in 30 days or Three monthly parts.
How it works
- The invoice carries its full amount and tax, with the parts printed on it.
- Your customer sees what is due now, with the option to pay everything at once.
- Each part gets its own reminders and its own overdue notice.
- Payments fill the parts in date order, and the invoice shows exactly which parts are paid, due and upcoming.
