This is one of the biggest updates in TimelyDo's history. Your booking page can now take payment as part of the booking itself. No invoices to chase, no separate payment links, no no shows who never paid.
How booking with payment works
- Your client picks a day and a time on your booking page, exactly as before.
- The slot is held for 15 minutes while they pay, so nobody else can take it. A live countdown shows how long is left, and it turns amber in the final minute.
- They pay with Stripe's secure payment form, so card details never touch TimelyDo.
- The booking is confirmed as soon as Stripe confirms the payment. The calendar entry, the meeting link and the notifications follow automatically.
Built for the edge cases
- Hold expired. If the time runs out before paying, the client is told clearly and can choose another time.
- Payment failed. The client sees what went wrong and can try again or choose another time.
- Slot lost. In the rare case a slot is no longer free when the payment arrives, the client is refunded in full automatically.
- Fair amounts. The amount and currency always come from your event, never from the browser.
Getting started
Connect Stripe under Integrations, set a price on an event type, and share your booking page. That is all.
