From a booking
Choose From a booking on the invoices page and pick any confirmed booking from the last six months. TimelyDo creates a draft with the guest as the customer, a line named after the event and the booking's date as the service period. Each booking can only be invoiced once.
Time tracking
- Log time for a customer with a date, hours and a short description.
- See unbilled and billed time on separate tabs.
- Invoice all unbilled hours for a customer, or only the entries you choose, at the hourly rate you set.
- Time is never billed twice. Voiding the invoice frees the hours again.
