Send an estimate
- Write it in the familiar invoice editor and choose Send as estimate.
- Set how long it is valid, 30 days by default and up to a year.
- Estimates have their own numbers, such as EST-2026-0001, and do not need Stripe.
Your customer decides online
The customer opens the estimate on a secure page and can Accept or Decline it, with an optional reason. You are notified either way. After the valid until date the estimate expires by itself.
From yes to invoice
Choose Make invoice on an accepted estimate and you get a draft invoice with exactly what was offered. The estimates list shows every status at a glance: waiting, accepted, declined, invoiced or expired.
