Three features that make working with business customers smoother.
Invoices in your customer's language
Choose a language for each customer. Their invoices, estimates, emails, PDFs and invoice pages all appear in that language, currently English and German. Customers can also switch the language on the invoice page themselves.
Billing contacts
Add up to five extra people per customer, such as an accounts team. They are copied on invoices automatically, and you can still change the copies before sending.
Customer portal
Turn on a private portal for any customer: one page listing every invoice and estimate you have sent them. Share the link wherever you like, create a new address if needed, or turn the portal off at any time.
A look per customer
Give each customer their own template and accent colour, and every new invoice for them starts with it.
