Classes, courses, rooms and bundles

Run group events with seats and a waitlist, courses with fixed sessions, rooms and equipment that can never be double booked, and bundles of several events paid together.

More than one person can now share a meeting, and a booking can claim what it needs.

Groups

  • Several seats on one time, with the seats left shown on the time button and a roster for you.
  • A waitlist for full times. When a seat frees up, the next person gets an offer that expires.

Courses

  • Courses and drop in classes with fixed sessions.
  • Enrol in a whole course with one payment, take attendance and call off a single session.

Rooms and bundles

  • Rooms and equipment with a quantity, needed per booking or per seat, with a Resources page.
  • Sell two to five of your events as one bundle, booked back to back from one start with one form and one payment. Each part keeps its own cancel and refund rules.
