The invoice page is the last step before you get paid, so we made it as clear and as trustworthy as possible.
The new invoice page
- Everything in view. The invoice on the left, and a side column with the amount due, payment progress, history and actions that stays visible while you scroll.
- A clear status ribbon. Open, Partly paid, Overdue, Paid or Credited, visible at a glance and on the PDF.
- Paying in a focused dialog. Pay by card opens a secure payment window with a smooth loading state.
- Feels native on a phone. An app style top bar, the amount first and a pay button fixed at the bottom.
- Credit notes appear right under the invoice in the same layout.
- Your branding. Your logo and accent colour, with a discreet Powered by TimelyDo.
Link previews
Paste an invoice link into WhatsApp, Slack, iMessage or Telegram and it shows the invoice number, who it is from, the amount due and the due date, in your customer's language, with a designed preview image. Link previews from chat apps are never counted as the customer viewing the invoice.
Smaller touches
- New invoices use today as the issue date by default.
- Downloading a PDF shows a clear preparing state.
