You decide how much room you need around a meeting and which hours are really open. Your booking page then offers only what you can keep.
Around each meeting
- A break between meetings and a minimum notice.
- How many days ahead people can book.
- Start times every 5 to 60 minutes.
- Limits for the number of bookings in a day and in a week.
Your hours
- Up to five availability calendars, each with its own weekly hours. Every event chooses the one that fits.
- A day can have as many windows as you need.
- Give one date its own hours or close it. Holidays close your page for their whole length.
- A month overview shows open, changed, closed and holiday days in clear colours.
Time zones
- Times are worked out in exact time zones, so a time means the same moment for you and your visitor, whatever the clocks do.
- Meetings in Google Calendar or Office 365 take their times off your page at once.
