We are looking for a Cybersecurity Consultant to help organizations identify security risks, strengthen their defenses, and build secure technology environments. You will work with clients and internal teams to assess security requirements, recommend improvements, and support the implementation of effective cybersecurity solutions.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys solving complex security challenges, staying current with emerging threats, and translating technical security requirements into practical business solutions.

What you'll do

  1. Assess clients' IT environments, systems, and processes to identify security risks.
  2. Conduct security assessments, risk analyses, and vulnerability reviews.
  3. Develop and recommend cybersecurity strategies, policies, and controls.
  4. Help organizations improve their security posture and reduce potential risks.
  5. Support the implementation of security solutions and best practices.
  6. Review access controls, authentication, network security, and data-protection measures.
  7. Assist with security audits, compliance assessments, and remediation activities.
  8. Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to communicate security risks clearly.
  9. Monitor emerging cybersecurity threats and recommend appropriate defensive measures.
  10. Prepare security assessments, reports, and actionable recommendations.

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in cybersecurity, information security, or security consulting.
  2. Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threats, vulnerabilities, and risk management.
  3. Knowledge of network, application, cloud, and endpoint security.
  4. Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  7. Ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical audiences.
  8. Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Security+, or equivalent experience are a plus.
