We are looking for a QA Engineer to help us ensure the quality, reliability, and usability of our software products. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle to identify issues early and deliver a high-quality experience to users.
What you'll do
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
- Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution.
- Work closely with developers to investigate and reproduce issues.
- Review product requirements and provide feedback from a quality perspective.
- Test new features and verify fixes before release.
- Perform API and end-to-end testing where appropriate.
- Help improve QA processes, testing standards, and release quality.
- Contribute to automated testing and test-automation initiatives.
- Ensure software works consistently across supported browsers, devices, and environments.
What we're looking for
- Experience in software quality assurance or software testing.
- Good understanding of software development and testing lifecycles.
- Strong knowledge of functional and regression testing.
- Experience with bug-tracking and test-management tools.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate issues clearly and work effectively with development teams.
- Experience with API testing and automated testing is a plus.
